Cancellation Policy

We have a 24hr non cancellation policy in which 100% of the service charge will be charged if an appointment is cancelled within 24hrs or less. “Rebooking” within less than 24 hrs is considered a last minute cancellation and clients will be charged a 100% fee to protect the artists time. Cancellation fees cannot be applied to future services or used as credit. Clients must pay cancellation fee prior to booking any future appointments.
